Requirements	Applicants must possess either the RT diploma, BSc, MD or PhD, plus a minimum of 3 years work experience. See Student Profile Note: It is strongly recommended that all course participants should have at least one of the following credentials (BSc, BMLSc, MD, PhD, RT, MT) and at least 5 years of work experience in a medical or research laboratory setting.
Tuition 2011	$1700.00 CDN Includes required texts and standards and examinations. Course materials are non-refundable. Payment due at time of registration. Payable by either cheque or money order payable to Department of Pathology or VISA or MasterCard.
Course starts	Wednesday, January 12, 2011 (Each course week starts mid-week on a Wednesday)

Registration deadline	December 8, 2010 for the 2011 course. Please apply during the Fall 2010 to the Program Administrator. Use the Form posted above. Enrollment is limited to the first 25 participants who meet course requirements.
Cancellation	For those participants who withdraw from the course within 14 days of course commencement, funds will be returned, less the cost of textbooks($550) and administration fee ($100.00). If cancellation occurs prior to when textbooks are sent, only the administration fee will be retained.
