POLQM Quality Conference Weekend Workshop

"An opportunity for all those interested in quality for the modern medical laboratory." 
This two-day workshop provides keynote presentations, lectures, discussion groups, lunch with the experts, and panel discussions on the most current and relevant aspect of Laboratory Quality Management.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

• To learn the principles of Quality Management for the medical laboratory.
• To learn the principles of Risk Management for the medical laboratory.
• To understand how application of laboratory quality tools including quality indicators, Lean, Six Sigma when applied on a base of quality management  are productive and successful.
• To be informed about laboratory accreditation in the context of international activities, with particular reference to countries outside Canada and the developing world.
